Binary Search algorithm

def binary_search(array, target, start, end):
    while start <= end:
        mid = (start+end)//2
        if array[mid] == target:
            return mid
        elif array[mid] >= target:
            end = mid - 1
        else:
            start = mid + 1
    return None
